Job Title:  Required Quality Specialist with JCI and CBAHI Experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Specialist to join our team. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our organization meets the highest quality standards, including those set by the Joint Commission International (JCI) and the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage quality assurance and improvement programs to ensure compliance with JCI and CBAHI standards.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain and improve quality throughout the organization.
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and potential risks to patient safety.
Collaborate with department heads and staff to ensure that quality standards are met across all departments.
Participate in external audits and inspections to ensure compliance with JCI and CBAHI standards.
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and education to staff on quality assurance and improvement processes.
Participate in the development of performance improvement plans and initiatives.
Assist with the development and implementation of quality improvement projects.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Experience with JCI and CBAHI accreditation processes.
Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
